SocietyOne is Australia's first Marketplace Lender and award-winning start-up that has $1 billion+ in lending and had a $100M+ exit in 2021. As part of the product team, I practice across research, strategy, design and delivery.
The Challenge
SocietyOne was looking to improve the customer acquisition journey for their product. Also, they were looking to design a greenfield initiative, defining user needs, creating user flows, and developing wireframes and prototypes to bring the product vision to life.
The Process
Designed research artefacts such as journey maps and storyboards
Conducted user research and communicate these findings to stakeholders and decision makers
Run co-design workshops with team members and key stakeholders
Designed prototypes and conducted usability and concept testing
Created low fidelity wireframes to pixel perfect designs
Worked in an agile environment
The Outcome
Increase in overall customer satisfaction and a reduction in customers calling the help desk.
Delivered a fully tested and designed interactive prototype for a greenfield product initiatives.
